
Rental & Adaptive Equipment
All rentals are weather permitting and on a first come, first served basis. Below is a list of sites, rental hours and the equipment that they rent.

Must show a driver’s license and be age 18 or older to rent equipment.

Search for geocaches hidden around Wargo Nature Center. Stop in to try this unique activity that combines treasure hunting and hiking with technology and interaction with nature.

Anoka County Parks provides facilities, recreational opportunities, events, and programs for people of all abilities. We’re committed to providing inclusive and accessible opportunities for people with disabilities. Adaptive equipment is available upon request during scheduled programs and events.

All-Terrain Wheelchair
Adaptive Kick/Snow Sled

Allows participants of all sizes and abilities to get out and off trail, in the winter, through beach sand, and on all trail conditions.

Allows participants with physical limitations to be secured in and ride as someone pushes or kicks the sled.

Skis that can be attached to any wheelchair or stroller to glide on snow.

Allows participants to cross-country ski while sitting with ski poles to push themselves along a ski trail.

Trailer with skis that can be pulled by a cross-country skier wearing a harness.
